Well done to our U18 Boys who clinched a 2-1 away win against league leaders Craughwell Utd this afternoon.
OAFC was unlucky not to lead at half-time time, but broke the deadlock shortly after the break when Alex was played through to slot past the onrushing keeper. We defended our lead well after that and Alex scored again with twenty minutes to go to give some breathing space. Craughwell scored with ten minutes to go, setting up a nervy finish, but OAFC dug deep to see out the win.
Meanwhile, U16 Boys played out a very entertaining but tough 3-3 draw with Loughrea.
