Brilliant performance and result for our Junior Men today. Controlled the game from start to finish with goals from Dean Grealy (4), Jonathan Rigney (2) & Dave Carr. Next game is Athenry in Newvillage next weekend.
U14 Boys held on for a well deserved 5-4 home victory against Tuam. A hat-trick for David up front, ably assisted by two goals from Evan, set the lads up well. After being 3-0 up at half time Tuam fought back well and a strong performance by Elliot in goal kept us in the game. A great overall contribution from the squad.
In Bohermore, U12 Boys Yellow won 4-3 against Galway Hibs. A great turnaround for this squad, having lost 7-1 to this team two weeks ago. Attitude and work rate was top class against a very good Hibs side.
No luck for U12 Boys Blue, losing out to Gort Utd, but they look forward to their next match vs Kilshanvey Utd in two weeks time.
