Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Entry Period: The entry period for the raffle will remain open until the 28th of February 2025. If less than 500 tickets are sold by the draw closure date, the entry period will be extended so that the minimum target of 500 ticket sales is achieved.
Prize: There is only one prize available (€10,000), and it will be awarded to one randomly selected winner.
Ticket Purchase: Each ticket for the raffle will cost €100. Participants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning, subject to availability.
How to Enter: To enter the raffle, individuals must purchase a ticket through the iDonate website. Each ticket purchased will constitute one entry into the raffle.
Winner Selection: A winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received and will utilise the “Pick a winner” tool as provided by iDonate. The club officers must be present to preside over the draw.
Winner Notification. The winner of the raffle will be notified via email within 5 days. The winner must respond to the notification within 1 week to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time-frame may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
Verification of Eligibility: Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must provide proof of eligibility, including age verification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
Taxes and Expenses: Any taxes or expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the organizer to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.
Organizer: The raffle is organized and administered by the OAFC committee.
