O35s had an excellent 5-1 win at home against a determined and resilient Moyne Villa side.
Leading 2-0 at the break with goals from Kevin Carr and Pat Burke, the team had to dig deep for the first 15 minutes of the second half with Moyne Villa pushing for an equaliser.
After weathering that storm, the team scored 3 more excellent goals with Jody Daly, Gerwin Sweep and who else but Pat Burke settling the nerves of the management.
There is good momentum building with this team which will be tested by two key away games next week.
